Terms & Conditions

Compay details
Chase De Vere Financial Limited of 41-44 Great Queen Street, London, WC2B 5AD. (Registered in England No 2788320).

We are not a lender and do not act on behalf of any lender in providing mortgage information. The lender's terms will apply to any application you make through us.

What do we charge?
For Residential Mortgages, a maximum fee of 1.50% of the loan amount if you have a standard credit history, or 2.50% if you have an adverse credit history, with a minimum of £500.  For Buy-To-Let Mortgages, a maximum fee of 2.50% of the loan amount based on a minimum mortgage size of £50,000.

We will rebate any commissions we receive from the lender against this so that the amount you pay is a net amount.  Since lenders pay varying commissions on various products, the amount you pay will vary depending on the lender and the product we recommned.

If you prefer, you may pay a fee that does NOT vary depending on the lender and the product that we recommend.  In this instance we will keep any commissions we receive from the lender.  Please discuss this with your Registered Mortgage Adviser.

In either case, for Residential Mortgages the maximum we will earn from the fee we charge you for arranging your mortgage plus any commissions we receive from the lender will not exceed 1.50% of the loan amount (2.50% of adverse), with a minimum of £500.

For Buy-To-Let Mortgages this will not exceed 2.50% of the loan amount based on a minimum mortgage size of £50,000.

You will receive a Key Facts Illustration (for Residential) or an illustration (for Buy-To-Let) when considering a particular mortgage which will tell you  about any fees relating to it.
